[00:00:57] Lindsay: Hi, my loves. I wanted to check in and give you guys a quick update. So this is officially a wrap on the unhinged season of Quit Your Job, Sis. I decided to take some time off with the holidays coming up, and it's getting closer to my wedding, so it's going to start to get into crunch time for wedding planning. There's also a lot going on behind the scenes in terms of building my marketing agency.

[00:01:30] I just joined a six-month program, which I'm super excited about, that is going to help me get organized behind the scenes. I feel like I built out this agency quickly and was just flying by the seat of my pants and not really knowing what I was doing, which is fine because that's how I do things.

[00:01:52] But now I'm at a point where I really want to be intentional about setting the right foundations so that I can continue to grow and scale this agency and properly train my team and get the right hiring and onboarding practices in place and just the right systems to be able to scale and allow myself to take a step back from the client work, delegate more to my team.

[00:02:20] And really step more into this CEO role, rather than being a freelancer with other social media managers working with me, I want to start doing more higher level work and become that CEO. And step away from doing the actual client work myself. And so there's just going to be a lot of changes going on.

[00:02:43] And I know the next few months are going to be really, really busy for me. And to be honest with you, I don't know what's next for this podcast. I'd actually really love to hear from you if you're listening. Especially if you've been a long-time listener. What would you like to continue hearing from me?

[00:03:03] You know, is it business things? Is it more... behind the scenes of what it looks like to actually build out this agency and all the steps that I'm going to be taking over the next few months? We've also obviously, in this past season, been talking a lot more about non-business-related things, more personal life things.

[00:03:26] We've brought Katie onto the podcast a couple of times, which I really do love recording with her, and we both just love podcasting so much, and we're trying to figure out where to go from here. So I'd love to hear from you. What do you want to hear from me? Do you like the dynamic between me and Katie? Do you want us to keep making episodes?

[00:03:46] What kind of topics do you want us to dive into? And I'd really love to get that feedback from you guys. So if you're listening on Spotify, I'm gonna leave a question box on this episode, or you can slide into my DMS @lindsaymhanson on Instagram or, honestly, send an email to info@lindsayhanson.com.

[00:04:06] Let me know; I want to hear from you. And I'm sure I will figure out exactly what is next and what the future of this podcast holds. The thing I know for sure is that I love podcasting, and I don't by any means think I'm done with podcasting. But I sometimes feel like I've said all I can say about quitting your job and building an online business. Obviously, that's not true. I still have a lot to learn, and I'm gonna be learning a lot over the next few months And so maybe the next season, we'll just be talking more about those next-level things of once you get to a really solid place in your business, how do you put the systems in place to grow and scale from there?

[00:04:52] But beyond that, I don't know exactly what's next. I don't know what I will feel compelled to talk to you about in the near future, but I know it will be something because I love podcasting, and I don't anticipate being done with it forever by any means. But I want to thank you guys for listening, for supporting me, for following this crazy journey over the past five years; and if you'd like to continue following along, I will still be active on my socials, I'm sure.

[00:05:25] Instagram and TikTok, @lindsaymhanson, you can follow me there. But that is officially a wrap on Quit Your Job, Sis: Unhinged. I love you, I appreciate you, I am here for you always. And I will talk to you in the next season, whatever that looks like.
